This is the deciduous counterpart to our Eastern A. canadense and Western A.caudatum. It’s easily the showiest of the three with glossy green puckered leaves bearing a silky white sheen on the surface. Forms larger thick clumps over time.

Zones 4-8. 4-5 in. Full to part shade, moist soil.
