C. x Alaskanum x C. guttatum

Cypripedium Karo is an enchanting miniature hardy lady slipper. The single flower grows just 1.5 inches tall and can be reddish or brownish spotted, like the parent species. Unlike the other hybrids, it has a creeping rhizome and spreads like ground cover.

Zones 3-7. 7-10 in. Light shade, cool moist rich well-drained soil.
