C. macranthos x C. franchetii

Cyp. franchetii is a Chinese native and ranges from light pink to purple. Macranthos is a dark pink cypripedium native to Asia as well. Combined, they make a striped pink and white lady slipper where the pouch and the hood and tendrils are all pink and white striped.

Zones 3-8. 12-18 in. Light shade, cool, moist, rich well-drained soil.
